By creating an account or using E-Menu Myanmar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 1-month free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of menus and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content as needed to operate the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

E-Menu Myanmar is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
